Creating SMART Goals are the first step to successful career planning. These are goals that you set and should be used as the "blueprint" to your career plan. It is actually the structure of which to build your career plan off of. Setting goals that are important and most of all goals that DO-able and realistic. By doing this you now have a plan in bettering the outcomes of your career plan!
